Products for Technology Enabled Care (TEC)
TEC is a pro-active care paradigm that supports individuals wishing to live independently at home, or as part of a Care Home or hospital monitoring solution. Today, TEC Platforms are evolving to deliver exception based care (EBC) platforms to gather data from a variety of sensors in the home (smart plugs, motion detectors etc.) to build a behaviour profile for the person being monitored and alerting when their behaviour deviates from their norm (in other words, becomes exceptional).
NightInsight
Nightinsight is a TEC assessment system that captures data on sleep behaviour in order to inform and assist care providers to design appropriate night-time care packages for individual clients. NightInsight is offered as a stand-alone product, capable of producing a single nightly report or as a 60 day monitoring service that culminates in a sleep behaviour report. This can be used by carers to determine if a client requires a “Waking Nights” or a Sleep-In Care Package.

Our smart textile mattress topper that measures sleep and night-time behaviour is an invaluable contributor to EBC. Available now, &Sleep collects and analyses night-time behaviour for integration into EBC Platforms.
